Australian attack

The recent attacks on Indian students have thrust the issue of racism in Australia into the mainstream news bulletins. The Indian government has protested, the Indian media has expressed. And the Australian media toyed with the notion that perhaps there are elements of racism in this country.Of course Australia is racist. It is still viewed by mainstream Australia as wrong, so it is practised with some guilt and in polite company circumspection. It was there for all to see with the crude sledging engaged in during the last Australian cricket tour of India.In not so polite society racism is blatant.
It was a good decision to not accept the Australian honor being bestowed upon Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Celina Jaitley. At least they care about our country and our fellow countrymen. What is the Australian Government doing about it? In fact the attacks have increased. If the Australians do not want to appoint Indians in their companies and do not want to impart education to us, we too dont need their services. As the US has somewhat accepted that the brightest minds are from India, so will the Australians soon do. They will have no choice. Since the best minds are in our country and will always be. Our population is an asset for us in many ways... Way to go India!

Sabah has the world's tallest tropical tree   EVERYONE knows that the tallest trees in the world belong to the Coastal Redwoods of California, which can tower more than 100m (over 350 feet) into the sky!
